Asurion is a leading provider of insurance and support services for cell phones, consumer electronics, and home appliances. Most notably, they provide device insurance for mobile providers Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint.

Challenge is Asurion’s resource for all Sprint sales employees to learn about the insurance products available to their customers. The existing platform was very difficult to download and even more frustrating to use. Asurion—and Sprint—needed an easier way to engage and educate the Sprint sales teams so that they could better motivate and incentivize their products and services.


FoxFuel recommended a purely web-based platform that replaced the native apps and downloads powered by a fully-customized Content Management System that allowed for flexibility and growth. 


FoxFuel reimagined to be the one-stop platform for all Total Equipment Protection training, education, and tools. The fully responsive website and application offers user tracking/analytics and better utilizes the content assets for all audiences.
