The Challenge houses profiles for more than 360 physicians and providers that make up Saint Thomas Medical Partners, one of the largest medical groups in Tennessee. The website was outdated and difficult to navigate–a significant barrier to connecting individuals with the healthcare they need.

The Idea

A brand new tool providing a seamless experience for people in Middle Tennessee to find the care provider who could best serve them.

The Solution

Simple and effective engagement that generates conversions. The site prompts users to take clear and user-friendly health assessments that generate a risk factor and ultimately drive them to schedule an appointment. The search and filter functions on the site allow users to search by doctor, location, or appointment availability, requiring very little effort from entry to conversion.
